So your a fan club member and your not happy. Is the first time your not happy with a fan club ? This story seems to be driven by some U2 non profit fan sites and well that’s fine. Rather than trying raise people up to fight why not try something new. Like asking members what do you want from a fan club ? How could they be better. U2 Fan Club Fans Not Happy

Members of U2’s official fan club have created an online petition voicing their displeasure over paying a $50 annual membership fan club fee “for a product that is embarrassingly sub par.” The petition had 665 signatures with a goal of 50,000. In a letter written by “The Fans” titled ‘The Fanclub Is a Cannibal — U2.com, Fans Need More,’ and published last week on Petitionspot.com, fans addressed six main problems, including customer service issues such as orders being canceled or delayed, as well as “generic and uninformative” responses when fans inquired about the former. Really if your thinking that this is the way to score a ticket to the U2 show in Moncton this summer. Think again. As easy as it might sound its not! Working a stage crew will require you to start each day at 5AM and finish around 10PM -Now if your lucky you may be asked to work day of show. However the chances of that happening are slim. What you will find out is that once the show is over you will be working to a empty stadium. But hey if that’s the only way your going to get near the claw, why not

Organizers of a U2 concert in Moncton this summer are on the hunt for hundreds of temporary workers needed to erect a massive stage, grandstands and lighting and sound systems at Magnetic Hill.

Will.i.am teams up with U2

Will.i.am, the American singer cum producer confirms the news that he has teamed up with the legendary rock band U2 to producer their next album. The hip hop star who himself has sold 28 million copies worldwide is quite excited about the new project and foresees this opportunity as a new milestone in his career.U2 and Will.i.am played some of their underproduction songs in front of the gorgeous actor George Clooney and beautiful Cindy Crawford at the Bono’s house and according to Will they were much impressed with the work they have done so far.
