North American Premiere of Killing Bono

North American Premiere of Killing Bono has been announced! Killing Bono is in the official selection for the Seattle Inernational Film Festival and will be making it’s North American Premiere on Thursday 2nd of June 2011! With over 400 films spanning three weeks, SIFF is one of the largest and longest running US film festivals featuring a diverse assortment of predominantly independent and foreign films from around the world. We keep hearing about this movie that the title really does need to be changed however its a great story for those U2 fans that want to remember the early U2 days. Often looking back we can see how far the boys have really come from their home land to become the worlds greatest band.

KILLING BONO, the upcoming Irish rock movie about the rise of two Irish bands, one of which turned out to be U2 is to feature a brand new U2 song called ‘Street Mission’, the previously unreleased song is credited to ‘The Hype’ – which is the name of Bono’s band before they renamed it U2.
